Developer breaks ground Wednesday on Key Highway apartment project in Federal Hill

The Bainbridge Companies, a developer, owner and operator of luxury apartment communities in the eastern U.S., has entered the Baltimore market. The company recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking for Bainbridge Federal Hill, a 224-unit community in the city. Completion of the project is slated for mid-2019.
